This Thursday, the Columbia Aviation Association welcomes Johannah Senn, Executive Director of the Vital Life Foundation and Director of Intentional Culture for Consonus and Marquis Companies.
The Vital Life Foundation is built around the belief that purpose, connection, dignity, and meaningful experiences remain important throughout every stage of life. Its work supports programs that help seniors and the people who care for them continue building relationships, sharing their stories, creating new experiences, and remaining active members of their communities.
Johannah began her career in senior care as an occupational therapist and later transitioned into leadership. She has been a driving force behind programs including New Chapters, Spirit of ’45, and Journey of Heroes, all designed to create memorable experiences for seniors, staff, and veterans. Her work is also influenced by her close relationship with her grandparents and her commitment to honoring the stories and contributions of older generations.
