2027 Fly-Out Planning Night



Fly-outs have given this club some of its best memories — Hornet '25, Baker City, plane camping, and a couple of dinners people still talk about. We'll start the evening there: the hosts of those events will share photos and stories, and we'll chat a bit about some upcoming events for the remainder of the Summer.

But the real business of the night is 2027. We want to hear what next year should look like — multi-day trips, day trips by air or by car, hosted dinners — whether you fly, ride along, or drive. We'll also talk about a practical change: opening up the fly-out calendar early instead of holding destinations for the January reveal, so hosts can plan around real interest and everyone gets time to make plans — the January dinner becomes the launch party.

Come hungry and come opinionated. And if an idea grabs you, raise your hand — to lead one with a crew behind you, or to pitch in behind someone else's.

We’d love for you to register before Monday, August 3, 5:00 p.m. so we can plan dinners accordingly.  But if your schedule opens up at the last minute, please come join us—you’ll always be welcome!
