Getting Into Aerobatics with Steve Vets
About this event

Steve Vets, an ER physician, hospital administrator, Senior AME based in Albany, Oregon, and an accomplished pilot with Private, Instrument, and Glider ratings. Steve has been involved in competition aerobatics for the past 10 years, currently competing at the intermediate level, and has served as Contest Director for the Corvallis Corkscrew for the last three years.
Steve’s presentation will cover how to get into aerobatics, a step by step approach, with an introduction to competition flying. Drawing from both personal experience and years in the aerobatic community, he will share practical insight for pilots who are curious about aerobatics, interested in getting started safely, or simply want to learn more about this exciting part of aviation.
