Appetizers:
- Parmesan, Spinach & Artichoke Dip served with Tortilla Chips & Sliced Baguettes
- Skewers with Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato and Fresh Basil
Buffet style meal:
- Traditional Beef Lasagna layered with Ricotta, Three Cheese Blend, Bolognese Sauce & topped with Scallions
- Vegetable Lasagna Pasta layered with Garden Vegetables, Cheese & a Delicious Italian Sauce topped with Parmesan & Scallions
- Rainbow Rotini Pasta with Garden Fresh Vegetables and Topped with an Asiago & Roasted Garlic Mornay Sauce
- Athenian Mediterranean Spring Greens with Tomato, Red Onions, Feta & Olives
Italian Roasted Garlic Breadsticks
Dessert:
- Cheesecake with optional pour-overs of Raspberry Sauce or Chocolate Sauce
